Exposure

There is strength in being seen.

Exposed considers the strength required to remain visible in a world that encourages women to stay small. Liberal paintings of nude figues in poses of expansion and celebration are a defiant rejection of a society which prefers them small and hidden.

To expose yourself is to become vulnerable to judgementm rejection, and harm, but disappearing is not the same as being safe.
